Event Description

As organizations move deeper into modern, cloud-native device management, operating Microsoft Intune efficiently and predictably has become just as important as getting it deployed in the first place.

This in-person, hands-on Intune event focuses on the practical tips, tricks, and lessons learned from running Intune in real enterprise environments. Led by experienced practitioners, this session goes beyond portal tours and marketing slides to show how Intune actually behaves in production — and how to work with it, not against it.

You’ll learn how to design, configure, and operate Intune in a way that scales, stays manageable over time, and avoids the most common pitfalls. From device onboarding and app deployment to policy structure, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations, this session is packed with concrete examples and proven approaches you can take straight back to your environment.

Rather than focusing on “what Intune can do,” we’ll focus on how to make Intune work reliably, including what not to do.

This in-person, on-site session is for YOU if you want to:

  • Avoid common mistakes in policy, app, and profile design
  • Understand how Intune actually processes policies and applications
  • Improve reliability of Win32 app deployments and updates
  • Get practical troubleshooting techniques using logs and tools
  • Learn operational best practices from real customer environments
  • Ask real-world Intune questions and discuss challenges face-to-face

This session is practical and experience-driven, aimed at IT pros who already use Intune and want to operate it better — not just configure it once and hope for the best.

Please note that the event is not recorded or streamed. You must show up in person…
